Isn’t/wasn’t there a rule where you had to have at least 4 on the pitch who had made 40+ pro appearances, i.e. qualifying players? That being said I think the fine was only 5k or something like that. |

The Chronic article/preview interview for this game was pretty much a cut and paste from the Oxford game, Brady saying we want to win and we will be respectful of the competition but...... We are limited by having to select some of those who were involved on Saturday, at least to start the game. Some tactical substitutions may be in the offing, some players needing to regain fitness should be played, perhaps Burge needs another game following his performance on Saturday...... |

Thompson in goal, McGowan plays despite the loss of his father, Tomlinson and Monthe as the CB's with Haynes out on the left
Abimbola and McWilliams behind Lintott, Fox and Jamari Hart in midfield with Simpson up front.
Only 6 players on the bench, all youngsters in Dadge, Jenkins, Scott, Wyatt, Ireland and Dobson.
