Injuries hurt, especially in the scrum half position, I think the young boy who played was fourth choice! However they were totally outplayed. Shame about the enforced break for the 6-nations, they were flying up to then. Next game will be crucial.

Isn’t it a case that winning the league doesn’t actually mean anything? Top 4 the target?

What a turnaround for the Saints after last weeks humiliation. I feared those forced weeks off was going to be their downfall but back to their best tonight and against Saracens of all people.

Absolutely - I want the Saints to do well, but potentially winning a championship when you can finish fourth, miles behind top place makes it an elite knock out contest not a league championship - money making nonsense.

Saints march on to the European quarter-finals with a terrific win over Irish side Munster. Now it's the South African Bulls that are the next challenge on Saturday. Exciting time for the town.

On to Ireland for the semi'final. That's going to be tough against the favourites but you can never write a Northampton team off.

Top man. I don't go myself, thought about a trip to Dublin but just too much hassle. I will go to Tottenham if we reach the final but that's a tough assignment.

I was thinking, the way Sleighthome is coming to the fore and Mitchell, Fin Smith, Furbank, Coles, Dingwall, plus Langdon can't be far away, the Saints could possibly be the bulk of any future England side. Another thing to be proud of.

Great profile for the town. We seem to do well for a time and then dip. Certainly on fire this season. It’d be nice to pick up either the play off win or cup or both. Proper rugby town.  Tongue
One day we’ll get up there to remind the area that the sport most people really care about isn’t played with an odd shaped ball.

Another big win for the Saints, this time against arch enemies Leicester. They really look good this season, could turn out to be the best ever.

Whilst I'm at Barnsley next weekend, my son will be at Twickenham for The Saints against the The Quins...⚽
