What has happened to young Harvey? I have not seen anything to say he is injured but he never makes the 18 man match squad. He was brought in last season as "one for the future" and had his contract extended after playing a lot more games (38 in all competitions) than expected due to injuries. Also he was in our patched up back 4 at the end of last season that played the last several games to get us over the line (Lintott, Sherring, Dyche and Haynes). There was some comments on here last season that he was a future Championship player.
Last Saturday I thought it would have been better to have him on the bench instead of Haynes because if Odimayo had been injured we had no right back on the bench whereas if Brough got injured Lintott could have come on at right back with Odimayo switching to the left where he played so well at Blackpool. Other than EFL Trophy games it must be a long time since Lintott appeared in a game and I imagine we will be looking to get him some game time by loaning him out in January.

I agree. Really impressed with him last year so would have liked to see at least regular off the bench performances from him this season. I guess it’s a good sign though that our squad is that bit stronger going into the serious part of the season!
He was at the back of the West sitting with Ben Fox on Saturday - he didn’t look too down hearted!

Harvey is way behind AK, McGowan and Brough in the pecking order, I think the love in was all on here, never really thought he was that great TBH. I think a loan, to a L2 club would suit him or move him on with Haynes.

I think he is Championship material, although my scouting ability hasn’t the greatest track record tbh.

Let me make one thing absolutely clear, the Trust “advisor” is not god. Are you going to tell him or shall I?

I definitely think he is one we need to keep hold of, and would have him as a regular bench starter, to replace McGowan after about 60.

Lintott was unlucky with early season injury had this not happened I think he would have been 1st choice right back this season

Shame Brady doesn’t, not a patch on AK or McGowan.

Think we’ve seen the last of him TBH, wish him a speedy recovery and a new contract probably at a mid table L2 club.

Not 1g Standard unfortunately
Nowhere near, it beats the sh1t out of me why we have these mini obsessions with mediocre players, Lyntott, Brough and of course the imp.

The Imp?
Manny's favourite player - Sam Hoskins. He refers to him as The Imp and other choice names. He loves him really.
