After flunking his A levels and struggling to find his vocation my nephew has just had his first book published.
Currently the top selling book about football. A really good read and Northampton lad.

Great achievement for him and sounds like an interesting read.  Sadly I reckon I already own enough unread books to see me through the rest of my days but it sounds right up my street so will let you know if I grab a copy.

It was a surprise to me as thought he was working/bumming around in Sheffield and Manchester. I got a text to say he was on 5 Live last weekend plugging it. I knew he was travelling around following the FA cup, so I'm sure he had fun compiling it. Most of us like to think we've got a book in us and I'm sure his parents are prouder of when he bombed out of school! Random fact that he grew up with failed Cobbler Joe Iaciofano but didn't have his footballing talent.
Maybe the start of a decent career for him.

I noticed him promoting it on the elis james and john robins pcd page (probably a reference to the title of the book). I'll hit it up, he clearly has good taste in football and comedy.
