Knocked Ipswich out 1-2, hopefully they’ll get a big money spinner in the next round 👍

No it couldn't, Barrow soundly beat us in the first round, so deserved to go through... Maidstone also beat Stevenage in round 3, so they would have done another number on us too! Hope they get one of the really big boys in round 5 as they thoroughly deserve to.

Sheffield Wednesday or Coventry away in round 5, not quite the glamour tie they would have liked I’m sure. Still, having entered in the second qualifying round they have now banked over 350k in prize money with TV revenue to put on top of that, plus it’s pretty certain their 5th round tie will be televised too. Nice little earner.
The magic of the cup is still alive in certain quarters.

It is and it would be brilliant if they make it into round 6

Graham Carr was their manager for a while in the early 90s when they were in the league.

It's not the worst draw for them, better than Luton or Bournemouth away any way. I'm sure they would have liked a big team at home/away but a decent money spinner. After dumping Ipswich out they will also have a bit more believe than taking on a Prem team. Either way it will fund their running for some time!
Every side needs a team talk from George!! At 37 he could have a bright future in management.
