Clearly frustrated by injuries, and clearly frustrated by the lack of funds. Will Mr Brady leave if an offer came in , hes ambitious and maybe deserves a shot at an ambitious club. i think hes peaked here given the rescources , no one could blame him for leaving.

Just signed a new contract, I would imagine that another club would need to pay considerable compensation should he leave and sign for them? Have Charlton appointed a new manager yet?

Club has always had a lack of ambition,
so i don't blame him to look further a field.

I’ve just listened to it. And that’s a genuinely concerning interview.

Knowing Thomas and Bower it will be enough for a slap up dinner in Wagamama.
Seriously it’s quite obvious Bower isn’t going to spend a penny more than he absolutely needs too, why don’t they seek additional money, they did OK from the Chinese.

I honestly don't think Brady is in as much demand as some of you think but I could be wrong. Maybe a League 2 side after promotion that have seen his record at that level but surely that move would come in the summer. You can't now bring anymore players in so what would be the point of him going anywhere at this time?

Managers like Bowen and Wilder* are rare to come by! Whether we like it or not Jon Brady is the only recent Manager who can possibly follow in their* footstops!

We should stick with him, as at the moment he is our only hope of survival as a EFL Club!

Charlton, Nathan Jones being appointed?

I think JB is more frustrated by our injuries more  than future plans off-field of NTFC!

Someone will need to transcibe the comments, as I can't find them on the radio northampton link.

He's got us hitting above budget on 3 consecutive years, two of which were on 80 odds points, there will definitely be some interest, albeit not from anyone at the top of League 1 or above.

If this works, it starts around 26 minutes.

Every team picks up injuries. You just have to live with it.
My personal bone of contention, is how many are picked up in training. And then just described as a "knock". As a plus it leaves certain players free to continue their soccer school, and commentate for local radio Luton.

Brady will be gone in the summer if not before in my opinion.

I suspect as soon as/if we hit the magical 50 points, he’ll tout his name around.

Thanks for the link. He doesn't sound anyone near as angry as I thought it would sound like. Maybe a bit annoyed at Tim asking obvious questions, and more trying to stress how difficult it is to play against a side with a much higher budget to justify the result than fuming at the lack of spending.

He knew the budget before signing his new contract

He's more frustrated by injuries and I'd live to know as well why we get so many

If he goes he goes. In no way do I mean that flippantly. But nobody was more aware of the constraints of the job before coming in than him. It’s like I said on the transfer thread. Barring a miracle, this is it for the foreseeable future.
