Now the transfer window is closed and we can see what we have to work with how many points do you think we will have when the season ends?
February looks as though it could be a tough month unless we can get injured players back so probably a low points haul, with this in mind I am predicting 57 points which should see us finish around 14th/15th.

18th.

Managers like Bowen and Wilder* are rare to come by! Whether we like it or not Jon Brady is the only recent Manager who can possibly follow in their* footstops!
We should stick with him, as at the moment he is our only hope of survival as a EFL Club!

14th this season, 10th next, PO winners the following, Prem by 2030 and L2 by 2036...the final relegation will probably be the death of me.

Looking at the predictions I made before the season, I put us 16th, which I think will be about right.

We may then emulate Dave Bowen!

64 points giving us an 11th or 12th finish. It would be nice would it not.

For me it depends completely on if the injury situation improves.
If it does I reckon 10th if it doesn't 18th.

This seems pretty sensible expectations.

As we had done a finishing league position at the start of the season my objective when starting this thread was to speculate on our final points total. Sorry if I did make that clear.

15th and 14th the following season. We will not go down next season as long as JB stays

I went with position personally as IMO it's a bit more meaningful than points.

Agreed. All that matters is whether you gain enough points, however many that may be.

We are 11th now and I see no reason why we shouldn’t be 11th at the end of the season.

I think another 18 to 23 points before season end and comfortable 10th to 12th place.

20th & 51 points...that's based on heart more than head atm!
Think both Bolton & Orient (after watching them outplay Port Vale tonight) will unfortunately end in defeats...
Bristol Rovers at home them becomes a huge game...
Really depends on if & when we can get some first team players back...
I just want mid table mediocrity!!!

I think it all depends on when we get our midfield back, we desperately need Shaun and Jack back in the team, if they are back for the beginning of March I can see us finishing 17th or 18th if they break down agin or don’t return then I can see a relegation battle and the inevitable happening yet again, Reading are flying and Vale will have a managerial bounce, we are only 10 points from the drop zone with 17 to play, that’s 51 points left.
