Don't suppose there is anyone travelling from the south coast? Or maybe London? I would drive there myself but my car no longer opperates in the manner in which it is supposed to. And public transport from Portsmouth to Burton just doesn't work.

I've not been on here over the weekend, purely wanted to take a step back from all things NTFC as i didn't want it to depress me.
Echo the sentiments that we all need to make the effort to get up there tomorrow.
I'm driving up on my own in my car if anyone is stuck for a lift then they are welcome to hitch a ride, providing you're not weird.

According to the AA, 1hr 16m, 61 miles. Got to be done.
AA normally quotes the journeys longer than they actually take so I would reckon just over the hour mark. Let's go in numbers and make some noise.

I'm definitely there (+2). Sing your hearts out for the lads time. It's all hands to the pump, death or glory, do or die etc etc
Not a time for the feint hearted, lily livered, whinging cry babies amongst you. Get there in force and back your Town regardless.

I know it’s a really important game but to be honest, I felt so let down on Saturday that I just can’t find the will to go.

Yes the players have let us down BUT some games as a supporter of the Cobblers you just have to be there to back the team......this is one of them games. Come on Trotty off your arse, join the claret and white army!

Quite simple really. Of the regulars that go and the number of enquiries I have had it would have meant half a coach full at the time of needing to book, thus resulting in a potential large financial loss.

You know this was one of my biggest gripes with supporters club buses, years ago the official Cobblers ones used to be cancelled all the while at the last minute through lack of numbers. When I started up and ran the club coaches we NEVER cancelled a trip. The idea is to make enough profit on the more popular games to subsidise the less popular ones. So the Trust makes a loss on a coach, so what, it is run for and on behalf of the supporters (or at least it should be) and if some of the trust money is spent subsidising loyal supporters going to unpopular destinations then so be it. I can't think of a better way of benefiting your fanbase.

I have to say I think the Trust would have filled the coach for this game.
