If he can stay injury free then I agree and hope he can have an exceptional season.

Yes, good news I think.

He is undoubtedly a quality player, he just needs to get fit and stay fit. Which is *probably why he hasn't received better offers elsewhere. Hopefully Abdul Osman will join be the next one to join the party.

Great and unexpected news to be honest, I'd been told by 1 or 2 he was off.

I think it's fantastic news, one of the few players from last season you could actually get excited about when he has the ball. Things are starting to take shape and when the new striker signs later this week we'll really have something to look forward to.

I am surprised he managed to sign on without injuring himself.

I'm pleased but maybe not as much as others seem to be.  He's a good player on his day especially at this level but I just don't get the feeling he wants to be here.  Seems like the type of player that will be great if things are going well.

I am pleased with Davis staying as well. As long as he stays fit and he can consistently put in the good performances we all know he is capable of then he could have a massive season!

He’s nothing special, just an average league 2 winger. Not particularly good at beating his man, not overly skill full but has enough pace to cause problems. Providing he stays fit and ups his commitment level, he will be a good addition to the squad.

You'd have thought that since they've announced he's staying, the little bit about HOW LONG FOR would have probably been worth mentioning too.

Still good news anyhow.

Good news if he can stay fit, time will tell, i reckon he is going to be injured alot again!

Also a 1 year deal makes good financial sense.

Great news,
I'm actually happier about this than I was gutted about England's non-performance.

I think its good news. I know it was only one game, but against Port Vale away last year he absolutely tore them apart to set up the win. If he could play consistently like that then we would have something special.

I'm very pleased, when he plays he is a very good winger at this level. Also, he is naturally left footed which gives us a good and much needed balance, as well as a proper left winger.
