I don’t see why, I thought it was an honest and frank statement that demonstrates mutual support for something literally all sides have been asking for. How could anyone possibly object?
|
Let me make one thing absolutely clear, the Trust “advisor” is not god. Are you going to tell him or shall I?

How much money is expected to be raised by the selling of bricks, how much will go into the fans village and what do you hope to achieve by way of facilities
What funds have been raised so far?
Thank you in advance

You should be asking the club this, how do you expect fans to know?

Pretty sure that Kelvin said that he was no longer answering any communication from the Trust. If that is the case, then they appear to have made a rod for their own back. And by the way Delboy, do you still have access to that three million quid?

Define hastily. We (and The Trust) have been asking for a Fan Village for years. The FAB / Club (not sure who) met with the Lomax family to ask their blessing. We have different ideas of hastily. Or are you critising them for not publishing CGI images of what it might look like.

In 2019, the council received bids from two development companies, one in London and one in Birmingham for the 20 acres of land. Bids were £20.5m and £19m ! yet WNC accepted HSM valuation of £890k
(it is in the court papers of the JR)
No it was not mentioned in the court summary but then other stuff wasn’t either.
So is it mentioned in the court papers or is it not mentioned in the court papers? Sorry, I'm really curious and I can't make heads or tails of what you're saying here. Can you please point me in the direction of this please? I'm dead curious.

I've read this already and can't see the £20m Duston is referring to at all. Like I say, I'm dead curious to find it and see what it's all about.

"We are aware of situations at certain clubs where owners, in anticipation of the coming legislation, have already created Fan Advisory Boards comprising persons close to, and friendly with, the existing controlling interests and so unlikely to confront or raise the difficult matters that may need to be addressed."

Typical letter from the Trust advisor really, might fire a letter off to Lisa stating that NTFC Trust definitely do not act on my behalf , neither are the words of their advisor anywhere close to my own views.

The FAB is not a Q & A set up. It is a diverse and varied representation of the clubs support. Where new ideas and support related information is raised. Your questions would be ideal for an open forum, or aimed at the club or Tom direct.

Forget about the NTFC Trust for a minute... I think its right that there should be Trust representation on any FAB. As they say in the letter they are regulated, have elected boards and are there to represent a broad range of fans and are more likely to hold the ownership to account than a 'fans group' Now... The Clubs equally must have the right to exclude a Trust if it can be proven they are not following their regulations, not consulting members and actively seeking to undermine the club. The same applies to all invited groups. Whether this is within the power of the owners (I don't think so) or the other members of the FAB (I think so) needs to be determined.
