Fair enough. So now you've had longer to consider your immediate thoughts and I've added further explanation is that still the same and only takeaway you have from what I said?
You're right you didn't say if you were fine or have no issue with what I raised above. I know you like to promote discussion on this forum so what are your opinions on those matters?
You were indeed the first to respond to Random regarding the bids. I think most of us that followed were demonstrating thoughts along the same lines as yourself. As Random was presenting the information in the context of the land being valued at £20m by some yet the council valued it at £890k it genuinely would be an astonishing detail if unconditional. Some of us, not just me, were even curious enough about the claims to ask to see the court papers that contained this astonishing detail and to understand whether the bids were indeed conditional.
So we end up here, where despite my repeated requests to see this information, we are no further forward but apparently I'm the problem because Random lies that I "wasn't interested" and you think I should care less about being potentially given illegally/unethically sourced information.
For a little bonus, as the cherry on the cake, I get handed a big fat money laundering accusation that I have a personal professional legal duty to follow up on.
Not much more to add since you've now bought your professional legal duty to the game McHammer. (Could you not have left that in the bag as an anonymous poster on this forum, thus preventing this s*** position you describe?) Not to court too much further controversy but having re-read Dustons initial post on this subject, it's too specific for me to be a lie. Most people who gave that post a moment of thought would surely have thought the same (he gives detail about the parts of the country the bids come from) and come to the same conclusion, and therefore that the bids must have had conditions attached. Question: When is a 20 million bid a 20 million bid? Answer: When it's a 20 million bid.

I'm not going to speculate on McHammers profession or indeed identity, but I suspect they are thinking of Part 7 responsibilities. Ignorance has never been bliss under the law and it is certainly not when it comes to these matters. As I said in a previous post, it is extraordinarily unwise to make allegations without proof and without the resources to defend your allegations. Passions can run highly when it comes to football but it's probably wise to stick to player selection rather than other matters.. I'm sure you're right, I really have no idea about these things.

I predict the new owners and existing Trust board will form a nice pair. With no secondary agenda to create division, the common goal will be re-ignited and everything will once again be good in the Cobblers household.

I should imagine any new blood will be completely briefed about any passed competition 😎 And their motives. They’ll love our Tom for sure.

I predict any new owner with an ounce of common sense ignoring the trust in it's current guise.

Probably, although perhaps there might be a chance they’ll be best mates, initially at least.

Let me make one thing absolutely clear, the Trust “advisor” is not god. Are you going to tell him or shall I?

Oh masterful, fountain of all knowledge and wit, please do tell what our motives are why not tell us your motives and why after years of sitting on the fence, trying to make both sides like you, you finally ignoring what you really know and feel to the point you now feel compelled to attack the Trust and its members / supporters, every opportunity you can? What are your motives?

My motives are abundantly clear. I've never had clandestine meetings. I've never felt the need to hide my motives. I take neither your side, or the owners. You have heard/read my opinions many many times. I want to see a new Trust board, that can be a professional, conciliatory, inclusive advocate for the needs of the supporters of NTFC. I want to see a Trust that can effectively communicate with the club that its members support. I have never attacked the Trust. I had predicted that the board would marginalise itself from the club and supporters. And I have seen that prediction realised in my opinion. I have never lied to promote a point. I merely want a Trust that is fit for purpose. I want to sit in the same room as the Trust and the club, and other relevant groups, listening to their ideas. I don't dislike you, or anyone else on the board. I find you affable and polite in person. I would love to see you back at home games, enjoying the roller-coaster that is supporting the Cobblers. But I absolutely see the current board as an obstacle to any progress the support can hope for in the future.

I think the main point is the current board have alienated themselves from the membership so MUST resign before any progress can be made......please!
