As a side note. Is there some confusion around the purpose of the FAB. Are there actually people who genuinely believe these committees are being evolved so people can use it as another vehicle to have a pop at the club. Because if they are labouring under that illusion, they are sorely wrong. The idea of the FAB, is to inject new ideas into the club, from a diverse and inclusive background. Offering a mouthpiece to constructive and productive dialogue. So, let me give you an idea. If you say the food is shyte at Sixfields. It is your opinion, which more than likely will be counter by another opinion. But if you say the catering experience could be enhanced by a few sensible tweaks. And you offer up suggestions from you and hopefully like minded individuals, that aids progress. If you say the ground is too small. And the chairman eats puppies for breakfast. That is pointless. But if you are exploring new ways of funding expansion, and highlighting (in a constructive fashion) ways the club could be more creative and instrumental in pursuing these ideas, whilst highlighting potential revenue streams. That's all jolly good.

The FAB is not an extension of the social media carnival that parades through our lives every day. It should be a forum for gauging a cross section of the supports ambitions, aspirations, and certainly at times their concerns. But with an answer to the concerns raised. I am happy to accept that most, me included at times, park their social skills, tolerance, rationality, and impartiality at the door before entering this and many social media platforms. The FAB, much to some peoples disappointment, cannot function, or succeed under a similar model.

Yes the irony wasn’t lost on me - some fairly unpleasant comments made about her - mainly because of her location- but of course he lent his support to an independent who was very vocal about the Sixfields land deal.
