Apart from gifting them chances I thought Vale were poor and showed why they are in the position they find themselves in. Surprised they didn’t go for it more.
Overall I thought we had the potential of a few more gears if needed.

Gee, I must have been in a “glass half empty” mood yesterday.
I don’t agree with most!
I thought the stats were representative and that they did indeed have the majority of the procession. They also had several good chances including a simple 1 on 1.
I agree they did lack some quality - especially at the back but I don’t think a draw would have been an unfair result!

Their goalie deserves a mention for pure comedic value. I’ve never seen a professional goalie that so wanted to be a midfielder. He was consistently yards out of his area. Also spending lots of time, not in the middle of the pitch but at one side or another! Even when we nearly chipped a goal over his head, he still didn’t seem to get it!

"My three children were born in Northamptonshire so I like to think I'm an adopted Northamptonian and it's the same for Rico and Sammo. It means a lot to us because this is our county.

Their manager liked a good wander too
