This nauseating freak show comes around again now completely politicised with the usual amount of Palestinian flags being waved, utterly pointless.

As much as I hate agreeing with you, you’re not wrong. I’m neutral on the conflict and see no viable solution but it blows my mind how little knowledge so many western pro-Palestinian protesters have on the subject.

I can't understand why Israel are in it. Oh, it's because nobody else wants them.

Kin ell, has it been 12 months since the last one? Time flies. And for those doubting Israels validity, explain to me WTF Australia are doing in it. Or can they just not let go of their colonial past?

Must try harder. "The British Empire was a system of governance where the United Kingdom exerted political, military, and economic control over vast territories around the world. The Commonwealth of Nations emerged after the decline of the British Empire, offering a voluntary association of independent states, many of which were former British colonies. While the Empire was a hierarchical system of control, the Commonwealth is a cooperative organisation of equal members". Via Apple intelligence

Soon to see the error of their ways and beg to be governed from London again. Anyone not eligible for a British Passport will be deported to Nauru. I’ve asked my mate if I can have his car when he goes.

They are governed from London, everything has to get royal assent, but you’d know that living in Oz 😉

This intrigues me. Surely the EU was becoming an Empire and more and more one which we had little influence over (i.e. the European public). One recollects Tony Blair getting some of his closest associates to put him forward as the next EU President. I also recollect the same Tony Blair saying the worst thing he did was to support and back the passing of the Freedom of Information Act.

Blair always was a fantasist, who saw himself as king of the castle. After all, Neil Kinnock only made vice president donchaknow. With regard to the FOI act, the one and only time that I tried to use it, Openreach basically told me to p1ss off, citing security concerns. It was worth a try though.

If used the FOI act several times. Nothing too sexy but great to get HR1 forms from employers who are planning redundancies. They haven’t got a leg to stand on but take the p*ss on the timescale, probably as they consult with legal before they invariably hand them over. There is a whole web of secrets to be uncovered using them…if you can bothered and that way inclined.

Ive used it once, and I was basically told to **** off citing security concerns. To be fair, the response was pretty much what I expected, and it was made during lockdown, so maybe other people were bored as well. But, it did show that you can respond to a request, without actually answering it.

I like Blair, his only motivation was to make the world a better place, and had nothing to do with money. He’s basically a sort of messiah.
