I dont know the guy, (and I believe that you might?) but I can't believe all that stuff was jist to wind up other supporters of the club he follows. |

I do know him, although I havent seen him for about 20 years. I believe that the intention was genuine, but the whole project spiralled out of control, when his cohorts realised that there was money to be made out of this. I flatly refuse to believe that he assembled two seperate teams of professionals, who were all prepared to work for nothing. I also am not aware of any reputable architect, who would ask anymous posters on a football forum to check his measurements. He has been quiet since the Hamster asked him for the name of the architect. He did mention a very interesting name to me though, which could not have been made up. IMO, the whole thing was doomed to failure, when he took the novel approach of not involving the club or council. |
