Good news on the injury front as AK and Shaw only seem unlikely for the weekend but nothing long term.

thanks for that.

You certainly wouldn’t want to be stuck in the trenches with any of them that’s for sure!
Rather them than you, that’s for sure.

He’ll be a luxury in league 2 next season providing he recovers.

How is your battle with manic depression going?
Do you know how to support a team?
Your relentless negativity is laughable!

The business of managing the Cobblers is EASY! The team for Tuesday should be:

                            Burge

MaGloire, Mbete, Guthrie, Guiness-Walker

                          Taylor, Shaw

                              McGeehan

                  Roberts, Eaves, Costelloe

I can not think of a single reason why this team could not cruise to a top half of League 1 by the end of the season😁😁

I make it only THREE of that line up are close to full fitness!!!

Over to KN.

I can't see the connection with our pitch to be honest.

Can't help but think our strength and conditioning department needs looking at sooner rather than later.

It gets tedious ready about teams and people moaning about injuries.
Whether that is us, Arsenal, Spurs, or any one of most clubs who have their fair share of injuries. Didn't United struggle to fill the bench yesterday? The evidence is pretty clear that there are more injuries around these days.
It is why you have a squad.

Makes me laugh where people cite 11 players who would be tearing up the league. I think we have seen it doesn't happen like that, regardless of who is/isn't fit.
Good to see Costelloe in the goals and McGeehan has been missed. As for Roberts and Eaves, meh.
The days of a 'best 11' are long gone but I'd struggle to name 11 to get excited about from our current motley crew. As to whether you would ever see the 11 of them on the pitch together, forget it.

Baldwin has picked up a long term knee injury somewhere between sitting on the bench last Tuesday and Saturday.

A staggering 49 minutes across 5 games since his injury in January.

He's one tough cookie, my thoughts and prayers are with him.

Education time…
Interesting article, seems to be rife in the ladies game as well as Sixfields.

In all seriousness we need to take a long hard look at our medical team and training methods.

After waxing lyrical about never getting injured, I’m suffering with a dreaded knee injury also. Has stopped my running and now doubtful for the Kettering half on Sunday. There’s a lot of it about  Sad

Somebody spoke to Eaves who said he was 2 weeks away.

Anybody got an update as we need him to be our focal point?

I think that was 2 weeks ago, he must be close, unless he’s had a touch of the Baldwins.
