Suspect this was drafted in preparation for confirmation that the Football Governance bill is to proceed as identified in the Kings Speech. Great that the club has been proactive and taken the lead.

They also don’t look so stupid now in not letting the playing budget get away from them. Those that did have now got a massive challenge on the horizon.

Perhaps a certain group has now been categorised by the club as a commercially competitive organisation rather than a fans body. Therefore it’s possible that it’s the clubs view that it can justifiably be excluded from consideration? That was always part of the risk.

I don't doubt it at all.

As I have said. we would all love to see things on a grander scale. That is just the nature of football supporters. Those that categorically stated that it would never happen. Have to come out now and apologise. Not just to KT and DB, but also to the long list of supporters that they have personally attacked. Threatened, and laughed down for believing they would complete the stand. As for the lies and misery they have peddled, it will not be forgotten. Then moving the goal posts to try and fit the post being wrong era.

They are now reduced to the twitter half wit spouting bile. A football version of Comical Ally.

Something brilliant that the fans of this clubs gave to football (Trusts) now reduced to.... not even sure what it has been reduced to.

I know they accuse this forum of being an echo chamber and KT Fan Club. But do they think they same of all of the groups invited? They may see themselves as being the only group holding the owners to account but they cant do this if they don't even have a seat at the table. Maybe they get support elsewhere but I cant find it.

My fear now is that the Trust as we knew it is beyond redemption, but as fans at least we have a forum now through the FAB. Well done to the club for getting this set up. I am interested to see how it develops as more are held.

Some are obviously not happy with contributions on THE to constantly raise the issue and comment on it elsewhere. As it appears to be a problem, I'm a bit surprised more of those with a vociferous point of view don't make a bit more of a concerted effort to engage on here and redress the balance. It's a strategy that seems to be insisted upon with regards to other areas, so the contradictory approach is a bit confusing? To paraphrase, if you don't like it get yourself on the board (in this case forum message board) and do something about it, kind of rings a bell? Although to be fair, it appears there are now that many individuals and organisations in the crosshairs, to redress the balance everywhere would be pretty much a full-time job.

Nah, they now know literally no one is interested, after the way they've conducted themselves since the current owners have been at the helm...

Thought they were in cahoots setting up a new rival club in the Town anyway?

Probably getting the boxpark ready, that they were hoping to have behind the East Stand, which would have been so welcoming after a home loss on a cold November night!  Grin

I'm pleased to see this. Concise and to the point with no unnecessary bureaucracy around it.

Cogenhoe United are up for grabs.. Loads of surrounding fields suitable for truck parks.. you might even get away with selling Tescos beer "under the counter".  Grin Grin
