WE GET ONE BACK! Margetts pounces on a parry from the Northampton goalkeeper after a fantastic bit of skill from Crane allowed Hmami an initial shot.

GOAL: Margetts (ast. N/A)

VERY close to an equaliser! It's Crane that takes the free kick, going for a driven shot across the floor but seeing his effort deflect off of the bottom of the wall. It almost catches the Northampton keeper off guard, but he gets back across well to make the save.

2-2.

AND WE'RE LEVEL! The extra pressure has done the job, as Ronan fires in a low cross for Cybulski to tap in after some play in and around the box with Crane at the forefront.

GOAL: Cybulski (ast. Ronan)

AGONISINGLY close to a late winner! Some good play from Hughes and Trialist B allows the former to find a pass forward, and a couple of dummies see the ball roll to the path of Whiteley, who has the keeper beaten but the effort rolls JUST wide of the far post.

A brilliant effort from the lads to claw back from two goals down courtesy of goals from Margetts and Cybulski, and it ends honours even at The Walks.

Thank you to
@ntfc
 for the game, and good luck for the upcoming season! 🤝

Went to the game. I will say it was a good run-out for the players, especially the younger ones after half-time.

King's Lynn is a nice place. The people are very friendly. It was strange on the way back on the train, as there were a couple of Peterborough fans who had come to watch the game.
