Whatever happened to Tyro?
Last time I messaged him to check up on him (quite some time ago), he told me that he preferred Twitter. Unfortunately, as he was always good for a bit of a laugh and didn't take life on here too seriously. I would like to see him back.

Is McGowan proud owner of this week's award? What's wrong with him anyway?

I heard he has travelled back down with Hoskins to lend support with his new arrival?

Knock of the week this week has to be the team bus, which denied the Earls Barton Cobblers their desired mode of transportation...

No knock of the week? Although Willis and Fox are missing from Tuesdays squad. Willis also came on Tuesday evening but misses out today for the return of Magloire to the bench. We'll see if Willis is involved next Tuesday or if indeed he has a knock

If he did, there would still be some whingers moaning that we only sign them when they are past their best.

Knock of the week has to go to Dibley -Dias, the mysteriously absent man of NTFC. However, he could easily have received it for most of the season.

We certainly do. I think we do have to gamble on a few injury-prone players to get the quality we need to complete at L1 level. However, I think we've got too many who get injured too often and they are disporportionately defenders. I would consider all the following injury prone: Koiki, Odimayo, McGowan, Magloire, Willis, Sowerby, Fox, Burge, Lintott. Unsurprisingly, 4 (maybe 5 if Odimayo is injured again) of these are currently on the injured list and they are all defenders. I think we need to learn and limit the number of injury prone players we take on iany area of the pitch. Quality is useless if it's always in the treatment room.

Completely agree, signing players is always a gamble but when we’ve had them for the previous year and they’ve been mostly injured then the blame has to be with us, budget obviously plays a huge role.
