Herbert Chapman is a good shout. A.J "Pat" Darnell already mentioned i think. Maybe "Princess Royal " after the Pub where it all started .
Is Beds pointless post being deleted ?

I’d like to see Paul Stratford recognised.
A Northampton born, very successful striker who dedicated his career to us despite several approaches from bigger clubs. He was a cobbler through and through. A Spencer school product who supported the cobblers as a kid and only wanted to play for us. That kind of loyalty is unheard of these days and deserves recognition
