Both ourselves and Lincoln appear to have September 17th free (the 10th has International games being played). Lincoln can't do the 24th September and there are League One matches the Tuesday after that (October 1st).

17th makes far too much sense for it to be chosen then

The amount of league 1 games postponed for international games surely it's time to not schedule them to start with

I'd prefer far fewer international games but I get your point. Six League One games postponed and only four being played on the Saturday. It's a mess.

How did Lincoln v Northampton and Wycombe v Mansfield end up postponed yet Wrexham, Charlton, Rotherham and Barnsley, generally seen as "bigger" clubs in our league who you'd expect to have more "internationals" in their ranks weren't?
Clearly too easy to allow the postponement for a couple of players.

Who are our 'internationals'?

Big debate on the Lincoln board as to who the internationals were....
Turns out they were Sean Roughan who played for Republic of Ireland U21's, JJ McIernan who played for Northern Irelands U21's and Dylan Duffy who was on standby for ROI U21's too.
We of course have Will Hondermarck who was called up to the Congo squad.

After watching yesterday's game, you would have thought a standby for RoI U21s would be a bloke down the pub with his boots in the car.

Long way to travel to sit on the bench for 180 minutes.
