Absolutely fantastic. What a performance.

Managers like Bowen and Wilder* are rare to come by! Whether we like it or not Jon Brady is the only recent Manager who can possibly follow in their* footstops!
We should stick with him, as at the moment he is our only hope of survival as a EFL Club!

Brilliant, especially with the Saints crowd singing "Shoe Army"...

Potentially a few British and Irish lions call-ups tomorrow
Alex Mitchell Fin Smith Henry Pollock Fraser Dingwall Tommy Freeman
Courtney Lawes as well possibly.
Seems like only Mitchell and Freeman are nailed on. I can see Dingwall making it though.

Have a super day Ian. I went to the Premiership final last year, great day out but as far as watching the Rugby is concerned (and this will surprise nobody) I prefer to watch it on the box. You just cant see well enough at the stadium and little things like knock-ons, forward passes and illegal play go unnoticed in the ground. Had the chance to go to Cardiff but turned it down. Saints are certainly putting the town Northampton on the world map. Let's hope one day the Cobblers can emulate.

Careful - Evers will be on your case as it seems you are not assisting the team to victory - but you are absolutely right many of the subtle decisions are impossible to determine from many stadium seats but I do love the concept of a miked up ref so you can listen to decisions live from him rather than commentators.

I think the RFU are bringing it in for next season, all refs miked up so you will be able to hear decisions live at the ground through the PA system, good job it’s not at Sixfields as you would be none the wiser. I too prefer to watch rugby on TV as you see more of what’s happening, although a cup final in Cardiff is an epic day out.
