Could have really done with the Ref's pace running the line but I will leave the team selection to the experts.

Mansfield have sold all of their tickets, so it should be a decent crowd.

If Roberts and Fosu both start - I'll be backing Cobblers to win by 4 clear goals.

Is there any news on how wet the pitch is and if it will be playable?

Hopefully should be fine, no more heavy rain expected this week, showers until Friday then dry Saturday.

Had a look at the pitch earlier, looks in splendid condition. Will take a key though.

We put extra drainage in a few years back, handles the wet really well now.

Is that including the section in the East Stand?

@mansfieldtownfc, their official account, has tweeted that they have sold out their full and total allocation of 1473 tickets. So yeah. Lots of stags running around.
And with the egg chasers kicking off at 17.30, we can only hope that the Tavern has got sufficient bar staff.  Cheesy

A nice gesture by the club IMO.

How lovely is that. Great that he is well enough to attend a game again and shows the type of man JB is if he has kept in touch throughout his recovery.
Good news story and really nice gesture by the club. I'm sure they'll have a memorable day as a family.

My elderly Uncle is coming along for this with my cousin and he needs an accessible parking space (he can't walk far and uses a stick) There aren't any spaces available. We are on a waiting list. Assuming nothing comes of this am I able to drop him off very near the stadium i.e. the south entrance gated road before the shop and then park up somewhere. Then pick him up from that area after the game?

If he can manage the stairs or the concrete slope if you speak to the stewards at the main carpark in front of the West Stand they will let you drop of in those circumstances.
