The Game on Ch5, what a load of old tosh.
Jason Watkins (fine actor) should have known better and is Robson Greene vying to be the new male Ch5 equivalent of Jill Halfpenny? I did commit to the end though so I must have watched worse.

I've got it recorded on the sky box so worth a watch

MAybe I didn't give Andor a proper chance, got 4 or 5 in and found it a tad slow.

Maybe I need to give it another chance

Yeah, the first series is very slow to get going. Good but slow. The second series ramps things up to a different level but it's one of those where you don't get the numerous call backs and counterpoints if you haven't gone through the slow build up.

Goes back to the origin of the thread. The amount of people who watched a couple of episodes of Better Call Saul and dipped out due to them expecting BB from ep.1. I've watched both series twice now and couldn't separate them. I still miss that world.
I am going to have to watch The Sopranos at some point as I know I've love that. I did try the Wire years ago but never got into it, so should revisit that. The same with Succession which was good but I wasn't that invested.

I definitely haven't got the time to get into the Star Wars franchise! My daughter watches them all, along with anime.

I did exactly that with Better Call Saul - got about 3 episodes in and gave up because I wasn't feeling it because it's such a different feel to Breaking Bad, and I went right from finishing BB to starting watching BCS.

I heard people saying it was good, decided to revisit it and ended up binging it a couple of years later. Weirdly, I got into it from the very first episode on the second watch, so I think sometimes it's just when something doesn't match your initial expectations it turns you off before you get a chance to judge it on its own merits.

I can recommend Billions...I thought it was a poor man's Succession from the reviews, but I think (after 2 seasons so far) that it's much better...it's frequently hilarious without almost anyone you can sympathise with...

There's some geezers mishaps on YT that are sometimes amusing as well..

The Four Seasons on Netflix is surprisingly good. We only started to watch it for the lack of anything we both fancied to watch but it's really well observed and, for those of us of a certain age (which, let's face it, is most of us) it will ring a lot of bells!

Plus you can spot which of the characters is most like you...

I’ve actually attended the show, the gardens are amazing, once they open the gates to the general public it’s far too busy.

Yes, but not at the Chelsea Flower show, cocktails in Sloane Square afterwards.
