I have seen some lame England displays over the years, but this one really takes the biscuit. Embarrassing - and I was almost glad when the Greeks got a winner as England didn't deserve anything.

You can say what you like about Southgates teams, but at least they had some semblance of balance to them. That team was hopelessly overloaded with attacking midfielders, and no focal point, leaving Declan Rice totally exposed, and the least said about Jordan Pickfords "performance" the better. The fact that Greece had three disallowed goals speaks volumes. If Carsley cannot decide who is number 10 is, and justs chucks everybody in the deep end, then I dont think that he has done his career prospects any good. Roll on Sunday, and see if he has learnt his lesson.
