Impossible. They’re a brilliantly run club who sell players and have a terrace.
Well run in that they generate a lot of money from transfer fees which will help them with their player budget. Does that make them immune from struggling? No because unlike what some would like you to believe within reason budget isn’t the defining factor.

Isn’t that the same thing?. A football club’s biggest expenditure is the player budget, so debts are usually run up though excessive expenditure on players.

Biggest debts (£7m apparently) to their old owners following loans and interest and they owe the council a load still from buying back the ground.

Chicken feed to the half a billion at United. No wonder they wanted to offload the likes of Rashford. The price of being sh*t.
Strange old game when their neighbours turn over big profits....historical shenanigans aside.

Some people cite the debts we see at our level. I reckon we do OK.

Interesting take on P*sh finances, also shows how much we potentially missed out on with Toney!

Quote
Barry confirms a question we've been wondering for years. We received £13.2 million for Ivan Toney all in. Thirteen point two million pounds!!! And we're 19th in League One, and still in debt. Mis-management of the absolute highest order. F#&k the process.

Not forgetting they paid about £600k+ for him. Not the world we operate in.

Saturday:
Lincoln v CAMBRIDGE
Bolton v CRAWLEY
BURTON v Blackpool
Rotherham v SHREWSBURY

Tuesday:
Birmingham v CAMBRIDGE
BRISTOL R v Stockport
Charlton v PETERBOROUGH
CRAWLEY v Stevenage
Reading v SHREWSBURY

Results not going our way at the moment.

Managers like Bowen and Wilder* are rare to come by! Whether we like it or not Jon Brady is the only recent Manager who can possibly follow in their* footstops!

We should stick with him, as at the moment he is our only hope of survival as a EFL Club!
