Eyoma, his best game in a Cobblers shirt. McGowan, Tzanev, Willis & Shaw also solid.

T J Eyoma. A giant at the centre of defence who was so important in light of Guthrie's absence.

Eyoma (or egomaniac as my phone just autocorrected it for me), however there was also a proper captain's display from McGowan.

For me the choice is between Eyoma, McGowan and Shaw but Sam also had a fine game but missed some chances. The latter's performance certainly didn't betray any lack of fitness.
I'll go for our Captain for the day - terrifically committed and is playing well at the right time. McGowan.

It has to be one of the back four and for me Eyoma just shades it. When/if we ever have all our centre halves fully fit I wouldn't mind seeing him in midfield.

T J Eyoma excellent replacement for the wounded Guthrie ..... is my MOM. Liked and appreciate Hoskins contribution , culminating in a well struck goal bound drive. Is his goal scoring touch returning in 2025? What a way to answer those who have written him off!

Have you ever heard the saying "One swallow does not a summer make"? Hoskins did well but if you think one deflected shot answers all the question marks about him then you really do need to go stand in the corner and reflect. Its your biggest fault, you jump on the slightest thing. Apart from being an habitual agitator of course. I'd say s*** stirrer but we just won so I'm in a forgiving mood. Agree about your Man of the Match though.

Managers like Bowen and Wilder* are rare to come by! Whether we like it or not Jon Brady is the only recent Manager who can possibly follow in their* footstops!
We should stick with him, as at the moment he is our only hope of survival as a EFL Club!
