Stockport County relegated from League Two.

Altrincham & Southport are relegated from the Blue Square Premiership.

Dunfermline are Promoted to the Scottish Premiership.

After finishing bottom of Evo Stik First Division South Spalding United have been relegated. The Tulips will be playing in the UCL next season

AFC Wimbledon promoted to the Football League after winning the playoff final through a 4-3 penalty shootout after the score being 0-0 after 120 minutes.

Blackpool and Birmingham relegated after losing to Man Utd and Spurs respectively, whilst Wigan beat Stoke and Wolves survived despite losing to Blackburn.

Man City secured a place in the group stages of the CL whilst Arsenal must go through a qualifier; Tottenham secured 5th place and a Europa League spot after beating Birmingham.
