Not that many tickets left for this, great support.

With no Taylor or NGW, I really am unsure who will come in for them…

Did they give us 600 tickets?

Managers like Bowen and Wilder* are rare to come by! Whether we like it or not Jon Brady is the only recent Manager who can possibly follow in their* footstops!

We should stick with him, as at the moment he is our only hope of survival as a EFL Club!

Just under 1,200 tickets sold so far - imagine pay on the day will be available in a stand that holds up to 3,000.

To all of you early birds, stopping at London Bridge to change trains, may I suggest the Market Porter pub at Borough Market? It will be opening at 6AM on good friday.  Shocked

Very local one this for me, living in Kent i think Charlton and Crawley as the last 2 away games is a touch. Hoping we can make some good noise and combat the (expected) 20,000 or so Charlton fans. I think they are doing kids for a quid my mate told me so that would be why it’s a higher attendance than normal. Let’s hope for 3 points and to put that other result against them behind us. That was a long journey home with 2 charlton fans…

My tenuous Alfred Lord Tennyson connection obviously missed it's mark. Education is not what it used to be.

Into the Valley

1979. Cricket club, one Sunday night. There's the encore on YouTube

One of the best gigs ever, there.

Given the ineligible, suspension, injury situation, the spectacular form of Charlton and our league position, getting something from this one will understandably be a challenge. In light of this, should it transpire that we struggle, can the doom mongers not get all maudlin again, it affects the troops morale.

Play the ressies...

Shrewsbury on Monday is a far more realistically winnable game than this, plus the ineligibility of Taylor, NGW suspension plus new injuries etc, we are pretty threadbare...

Rest Costelloe & play Wilson for bants!

Saw us play Charlton away but it wasn’t the Valley. Played a reserve striker Andy Preece in his only game who after being released went on and did well elsewhere.

I never knew Andy Preece played for us! Just a quick google of his name and he signed David Nugent at Bury after Northampton rejected him after a trial here. We must have nearly signed David Nugent three times in his career!
