I know someone at West Ham 21’s and apparently we’re trying to bring Orford and Casey to the football on a loan and Nolan has been trying to persuade them to join
They’re both very highly rated - Orford would be a bit of a coup if we could pull it off. They’ll both be going on West Ham’s tour of USA in pre season so wouldn’t be available until late in the window. |

I'm hearing we are very interested in Lewis Orford and Kaelan Casey on a loan deal. Would seem out of range as they are very exciting young footballers although Nolan is extremely ambitious and is using his voice to persuade them. Would be one for later in the window

It might be 40 years ago, but I can name that team off by heart Gleasure Reed McPherson Wilcox Chard McGoldrick Donald Hill Gilbert Benjamin MORLEYand if anybody was out injured or suspended just stick Chard in that position! Shall we get back on topic?? I was saying this and the 66 World Cup team are probably the only ones I can name in full. If you recall we had that John Millar on loan from Chelsea at left back for a time. There was also a lad up front on loan from West Ham who scored a couple. I think he got recommended by McPhearson and Donald. I reckon Irvin Gernon came on loan for a bit in 86/87 and then came back for a second go, but my memory is not what it was. On a separate note, I'm not going to put up with anyone having a pop at mild mannered Manny. Even if he does mix up dinosaurs with Godzilla. |

I am NOT making a direct comparison but maybe some people are getting fatigue from the absolute BS that is drummed up online. You can currently read pages of 'experts' analysing the car incident in Liverpool. The Maddy McCann case has been solved several times on the net. I watched the Netflix doc on the Hampstead Hoax, shocking but not surprising in the least. In the context of transfer rumours, I do actually enjoy us all hearing the news together but your posts were harmless*, drummed up interest and most people listened to you regardless of you getting it wrong at times. *I have never forgiven you for costing me a tenner.  |
