Id say clearly a number2 keeper but perhaps one that's good enough to play if needed? A bit like the bloke we released to be fair No doubt he will be cheap in terms of wages. But what we don't know really is how much they are expecting out of Dadge. Its pointless spending a big proportion of the budget on 2 goalkeepers and Burge will be on decent money given his CV. Ill wait until we see what strikers we sign before making any judgement. So far we seem to be signing players who are perhaps not in massive demand but that kind of makes sense because the ones that are will be speaking with a lot more clubs and weighing up their options. The next 2 weeks is key before pre-season starts... How anyone can make a comment, never having seen him play is laughable. Nolan has had a season with him so must have seen something.

Northampton lad is the manager of New Zealand. Went school with him, Darren Bazeley. Not sure I’ve forgiven him for scoring for Watford against us in the FA cup.
I played against him in Sunday league back in the day (think he played for Northampton Orion), also remember having many a midfield battle with Darren Harmon...the little tyke!

Are you saying perhaps something is coming?
No, just commenting on the usual pre season hysteria from the rangers fan

Very, we are now signing players from the National League North, FFS, Burge spends most of the season on the treatment table, Dadge is nowhere near being able to play in League One, he needs loaning out to a League Two side and get some FL experience.
Maybe he might be a good goalkeeper, one thing for sure is Nolan has way more of an idea than you do

My colleague supports chesterfield and said he is decent and an adequate number two in the football league but he would be surprised if we signed him as first choice.

We will see if Nolan knows what he’s doing.

Any info as to why they have brought this person in? I woukd rather have taken a young goalie who has been released from a premiership club.

Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.

Probably because he wants two experienced ones to go with a young one in Dadge. It's not rocket science.

Exactly this! Also, for everybody panicking... Half of the League One clubs have yet to make a summer signing ahead of the first transfer deadline day of the summer on Tuesday (June 10, 7pm).
The transfer window re-opens on June 16 and will not shut until September 1.

We’ve signed 4 already? ? FFS slam the breaks on, the best players are signed later in the window, everyone knows that.

Let me make one thing absolutely clear, the Trust “advisor” is not god. Are you going to tell him or shall I?

I doubt that Tzanev was anywhere near being one of our higher earners but once he had a run in the team I thought he was unlucky to lose his place. About on a par with Burge,
