Thought it would be interested to see peoples hopes and expectations for the season, lets try not to abuse people for it!!

League - Survival with a top half finish, take more points of P*sh, dont lose to Luton.
FA Cup - Prioritise as a cup competition, a good 3rd / 4th round tie would be nice but not getting humiliated on TV is a must!
League Cup - Use it to get game time into the squad but still take it seriously
Vertu Trophy (or has it rebranded again yet?) - Put out the kids and those coming back from injury, exit asap

League - Flirt with the play offs, maybe take them out on a date, buy them a drink but ultimately at the end of the night when going in for a cheeky finger, miss and get slapped.

FA Cup - Have a decent cup run, an affair with a cougar that is exciting and new but ultimately only has so long to go.

League Cup - Have some fun with it, a few one night stands.

Vertu Trophy - Don’t bother, get caught masturbating.

As by definition, a "cougar" is an older woman who likes sex with significantly younger men, then that limits the scope for a lot on here. I dread to think what Evers would come back from the Darby and Joan club with. As for poor old 606..

Making it past 3 seasons in this division for the first time. A complete rebuild whilst carrying 3 or 4 injury prone players who are all on good money into the new season makes it a particularly tough challenge. This is all under the assumption that our budget is bottom8 again. If we've found some money/'investment' from somewhere then Ill increase them. But until we start seeing some 'expensive' players arrive then staying clear of the bottom4 is an achievement initself.

Id also like us to take the cup games much more seriously with the exception of the pizza cup up or whatever it is these days. If I was KT Id be setting a budget and saying to Nolan that any additional revenue earned out of the FA Cup/League cup matches beyond round1 can be spent in January to encourage him to actually try and win those games!

Survival - it's a complete rebuild pretty much.
Not bothered by anything else

Straight out of all cups, concentrate on the league* 5 players or less injured at any one time.
Stay in L1 and we are in unchartered territory for most of us.

*would love an FA cup run, or at least the excitement of the third round draw.

I demand 10,000 seats and a stadium that’s atmospheric in line with our 5,000,000 catchment area.

Ooops wrong thread 😂

For Nolan to stop saying “you know” after every other word.
To have a squad that can compete and not rely on half a team of loans.

I'd like a season where people don't single a player out for constant abuse and the team avoid the injuries that have plagued the Cobblers over the last few years . Mid table would be acceptable as well.

League - survival. Ideally comfortable survival.

FA Cup - be nice to give it a proper go. Round 3 would be nice.

League Cup - not that bothered. I'd like to see more effort put in than in recent years.

Paint Pot Pizza Car Rental Cup - play as many kids as possible and try not to get beyond the group stage.

My expectation is that we comfortably avoid relegation again. I hope with a little bit more to spare than last season.

I am excited to see what Nolan builds. I would hope we start to see a spine of players we will see for a few years, some exciting loans and a few of our own young players that we can develop.

To get to the start line on time, unlike last season.
To have the same manager for the first and the last games of the season.
To win at least one league cup game against higher opposition away from home.
To make it to at least round three of the FA cup and draw a top flight side away.
To get to Wembley in the other cup.
If we make the play offs, to win them. If we dont, to avoid relegation. (Passing on the auto's).
Oh, and to see Supporters’ Trusts, and democratically-run fan groups, given proper recognition and primacy in the Football Governance Bill.

Go to be a fourth straight season at this level but it would still be nice to be in with a chance of the play-offs with 6 to go.

Managers like Bowen and Wilder* are rare to come by! Whether we like it or not Jon Brady is the only recent Manager who can possibly follow in their* footstops!

We should stick with him, as at the moment he is our only hope of survival as a EFL Club!

If we can have Tim on the radio talking about pushing for the play off all season that would be ideal!

Cup run would also be nice - the November Tuesday fixtures are prime bovrill time.
