How many goals did he set up? Has Fabio been on the phone yet?

Seems the doughnuts have taken the site down...or are in the process of changing it. http://london-footballagency.com/

Any news on him yet? Has he been spotted warming up or playing?

Here's a list of young players without a club. http://www.givemefootball.com/pfa-transfer-list

Plenty of kids that must be better than Slowe.

Sammo was adamant at the open forum that although we'd taken a gamble on a couple of players, (Slowe being one of them) they hadn't cost us a lot. He said Slowe has a lot of work to do, is not up to standard, and he can't see him playing. You can't get much closer to "No thanks" than that!

Why not just f*** him off on loan somewhere? See how he does, Brackley or something.

Should of really been saying "no thanks" at the start though, instead of signing someone before so much as even setting eyes on them. Because if it's as easy as that, i would have turned up and signed too, the only difference being i would have already notched 15 goals, from midfield i might add.  Tongue

I'm afraid that Sammo hasn't answered the rumours that have been posted on this board. Taking a "gamble" on him doesn't cut the mustard. If he did sign a player that is nowhere near standard unknowingly then he is a fu*king muppet

I do love Sammos honesty but he does know how to alienate players doesn't he? Or is he a master psychologist looking to get a reaction out of Slowe?

Classic Sammo putdown!  Grin

Are you on another planet. Who cares if Slowe is alienated?

So why give him a one year contract? There are park players with more potential!

Should have just got him in for a couple of weeks on trial, realised he's sh#te then just fcuked him off. How must the rest of the squad feel when they see him turning up for training everyday?

If he doesn't cost anything then who cares ?

When you do shape work (which probably makes up 40% of training each week) you need at least 20 fit bodies - (11 v 11, defensive shape when down to 10 men, breaking down a 4-5-1, etc) It only takes a few injuries and Sammo then has to pull kids from the youth team training meaning Parrish has to run a session for just 7 or 8 lads which in itself would be pointless.

A keen, half competent footballer who costs nothing serves a purpose, even if it is simply to stand in at right back for the stiffs and have 1st team players build up their confidence by skinning you day in and day out or marking a post whilst the 1st team practice attacking set pieces
