As the thread title, really. But at least we're entertaining! 6 scored and 8 conceded in the last 3 games!

They're just very nervy and still lacking in confidence. You could often see panic when they got the ball. So much will change with the next win - whenever it comes!

Incidentally, I understand that I missed a couple of his earlier and better performances, but Webster has been at best average and at worst shyte when I've seen him. Not nearly commanding enough for his height, and the amount of needles free-kicks he gives away..
I apppreciate most of our defence is crap at the moment, just disappointed after seeing him bigged up.

To be fair the first goal last night was mightily unlucky, it was a cross into the box that deflects off Rodgers and goes in! Second one we didn't close down though!

No s***,sherlock.... Can't believe some people compared webster with gyepes. +jacobs motm?? If he had a brain, +attempted to go to the by-line,rather than for glory, we'd've netted a couple more.

I'd say that is a ludicrous statement.

I don't think it's as easy as just to blame the defence, while we are conceding too many goals the midfield have played a big part in that constantly giving away the ball, missing tackles and generally getting over run. Also we are missing too many chances, Barnet won 4-2 today, for me despite conceding two goals against both Wycombe and Rotherham we had enough good opportunities to win both games had the strikers been more clinical.

UEFA today announced that Northampton Town Football Club's defence has been awarded the prestigious Barne D'Or (open category), for charitable services to opposition players. As you would expect, this is not going to be marked in any meaningful way. Gary Johnson commented he was seeking advice about getting clean sheets and will be consulting a Mrs Dorothy Branning of Walford.
