What is your most annoying piece of office furniture?

The communal photocopier/printer that jams (especially by someone else who has just left it) but you can't find the jam althought you have read and actioned all the instructions flashing at you!!!!!!!!!  Roll Eyes

I work in a warehouse but use the office copier for copying delivery paperwork. What annoys me is the jobsworth woman at work who turns the copier off after she has used it meaning I have to turn it on and wait 5 minutes for it to self clean and then warm up  Angry

Its the printer for me.

Firstly its located about 50 miles away from my department and then by the time you have got there, someone else has moved it from the printer to somewhere else, usually covered in about 100 other pieces of paper that you dont want/need.

And then theres the times whjen the toner needs replacing and no one orders it before the last one runs out. leaves us with no printer whatsoever.

Working in IT, the list is endless.......

But I find stupid users are quite possibly the most annoying office furniture.

At college it has to be the printer...
The amount of times it jams in one day I would need to be from Peterborough so I could count it on my fingers

Printer, Copier, but above all it's the invoice printer which is right next to my desktop; when its not beeping due to shredding paper or losing connection with everything, it makes my desk shake to the point where I can't read what's on my screen. I've offered to move it but when they ask where to they don't like the response!

For me its our computers at work, or more the system we use. Its forever breaking down, taking ages to load things, randomly doing stuff its not asked to, probably time to upgrade it.
