I don't know what to think about the holding midfielder role. Tozer and Turnball have question marks over their heads and then you have Wedderburn who noone is considering?

Whoever the gaffa thinks is the best XI....

Whoever doesn't end up injured for the rest of the season before it's even started....

I can't wait....

Interesting to see how Wedderburn does. Has a better profile than Turnball and Tozer i.m.o

I was Bowling next to Wedderburn at Sixfields on Sunday night. I didnt bother him too much but I asked how pre season was going and if he was looking forward to next season and he seemed very optimistic. Seems like a real nice guy.

Yeah well schooled by Stoke (Academy player of the year and Captain), England under 19 cap, solidly built...He would be the one that I'd be looking to push on

I'm fairly sure it will be

                                      Walker

                        Nana Johnson Webster Corker

                         Davies Turnbull Tozer Jacobs

                                   Robinson Harrad

But I'd prefer

                                      Walker

                       Johnson Tozer Webster Corker

                     Robinson Davies Turnbull Jacobs

                                Harrad  Bayo

If last night's XI started against Accrington who would our best five on the bench?

Hall, Thornton (if fit), Harrad, McKoy, Young?

Means that Purcell, Gilligan, Holt, Wedderburn, Kaziboni, Built and Paul Walker wouldn't make the squad.

Walker

Nana, Johnson, Webster, Corker (although I still think we might see another central defender coming in seeing JJ moved over to the Nana slot)

Thornton (when fit Davies til then), Tozer, Turnbull, Jacobs

Robinson, Bayo

Subs: Hall, A.N.Defender, McKoy, Kaziboni, Young

I think Corker looks the more vunerable full-backs of the two myself.

Who covers at left back if corker isn't up to league 2 as he is very much a gamble at the moment.
They got in behind him a couple of times in the second half....?

Don't see that happening, while I'm not sure about either full back, central defence is a more key position and with Johnson being out best defender I think that's where GJ wants him.
