This week I have mostly been listening to DJ Quik and Chromeo. I have also been listening to Adele lots as I won tickets to her itunes gig and the missus has had her on non stop ever since.

For those of you who are down with a big of G-Funk...

Also been checking out "live from Daryl's house". Daryl Hall, from Hall and Oates does an online live lounge thing and this has got to be one of the best things I have ever seen/heard. Genius.

Unashamedly gone all acid jazz this week with the very groovy James Taylor Quartet. Saw 'em play on a bandstand in a park in Chatham about 1988 with me dog. Also diggin Friendly Fires, Gloss Drop and wait for it...MC Lars ( He's a true player for real  Grin)

I bought Seasick Steve's album the other week. Absolutely brilliant. Loving that and Stevie Nicks at the moment too. Anyone would think I'm twice my age right now!

Eclectic tastes. It may come from a punk brother a sould sister and rock and roll parents..

If I win the Euromillions on Friday night I pledge to redevelop Sixfields and rename it the Terrordome.

I may just go and watch Glen Campbell at the Derngate later in the year. I'm off now to listen to some Soundgarden.

Is that when you were asking people for any spare change so you could save up for a tin of Kestrel Super? Wink

Do you know what "Nemesis" means?

A righteous infliction of retribution manifested by an appropriate agent personified in this case by a sex starved voyeur that is Tyro.

I've taken it back, way back to The Miseducation on Lauryn Hill the past couple of weeks. Must have listened to it about 8 times in a fortnight
