I’ve been asked by the club to post this to get some feedback from those using the free bus service from Rushden and Wellingborough to Sixfields. This is to help shape the format to continue this service for you. Please can you also pass this on to those who may miss this request so they can reply by post or use the usual "Feedback email option", which is under CLUB tab on the NTFC official site. http://www.ntfc.co.uk/page/Feedback: 1) How much would you pay for a return journey if the bus company were to charge for a regular service to all of our games? 2) How did you hear about the bus service? 3) Is there anything about the route or service you would change? And if you live in Rushden or Wellingborough but didn’t get the bus, then please do post to say why. Thanks Phil MODS CAN THIS BE A STICKIE PLEASE UNTIL DATA IS COLLECTED BY CLUB?? - THANKS

I live in Wollaston, so I'm near enough 1) How much would you pay for a return journey if the bus company were to charge for a regular service to all of our games?I'd want it to be cheaper than a normal bus, to get to and back from here we are talking near enough £10. So £5 return or so. You really want to make it cheaper than driving. Which would be £2/£3/£4 for me. 2) How did you hear about the bus service?Official Site 3) Is there anything about the route or service you would change?Pick up at Wollaston please I would certainly use it then. 4) And if you live in Rushden or Wellingborough but didn’t get the bus, then please do post to say why.I drive as it's easier. I do have to say that the chavs at the back of the bus I followed home were trying to distract me and other drivers. Maybe the buses needed to have them blocked out windows like the old first buses used to have before they were taken over by center bus. Also the driver nearly went to Brackmills

The club will have an official on board at next game to take feedback from those using this bus service - to see if it should continue and in what format.
What a good idea, I wonder who thought of that!

5 of us used it on the opening day and liked it. Agreed that £5 rtn would be a decent price and that a scantily clad Kelly Brook serving beer and peanuts would enhance it.
I know that the others are using it for Cheltenham and Morecombe and would use it all season if it were available.

I've only just seen this (and to be fair it's been a while since I've about).
I think the main issue with the Eastern District buses is that you can actually get a bus to and from sixfields (well sainsburys) from the Eastern District.

Thanks, the Eastern bus service was cancelled after shrank to only 3-4 users.

Anyone out there who used the buses on Saturday? Are they viable?
