Torquay (H) - Drew 0-0
Good performance, dominating against a side who're towards the top of the table, and were very unlucky not to take all three points.

Wimbledon (A) - Won 3-0
Brilliant performance, completely dominating the game prior to the sending off, and then managing to see out the game... scoring two more goals in the process...

Macclesfield (A) - Lost 3-1
A defeat, but hardly a bad performance. Genuinely unlucky to lose in a game that we deserved a point form. If we were top of the league we wouldn't be complaining about the team's performance in the match. Fact.

So, I ask... why are the GJ boo-boys making a fuss again? Our last three performances have been good, and it looks as though we're improving. Sure, if we don't get a result against Dagenham... or, arguably worse, put in a poor performance then by all means moan... but, to me, we look like a side who're just beginning to gel.

Up the Cobblers.

All correct, except,we were poor on saturday.

and we didn't dominate Torquay either. Thought a draw was a fair result.

But, apart from that, spot on air-Dan! Grin

Air Dan, you are sooooo right.  Mind you, I'm not sure about the improvements that you claim happened between Wimbledon and Macclesfield.  I wasn't at Wimbledon, so perhaps you can enlighten me.

I have heard that Gary Johnson had a minor heart operation when he missed the game and so lets not be too hard on the guy. Its the fans, not the team, on his back. This can be turned around. Ian Holloway was bottom of the championship in 2009 witha poor Blackpool side and then was in the prem in 2010. he can turn this. If he is offering his resignation in September then you clearly arent giving him a chnace guys.
