That just had to happen really didn't it, so i guess gills fans will already be hailing him as an icon. Interstingly he was interviewed on the League show making sure that everyone knew despite calls otherwise that it was deffo his goal.

Thanks Guys & if memory serves me right Kevin Nicholson of Torquay United also had a short spell with us 2 Andy Kirk 1 Adebayo Akinfenwa Dean Bowditch Kevin Nicholson Nicholson did have a spell with us, another one of those who agreed a contract and then buggered off somewhere else, Notts County I think

Wasn't it Henderson who was a total crap sub striker in that fateful away game against Colchester? The one that started the decline that lead to the pit in which we are now wallowing? He wasn't good enough for us then, and now he's way to good for us.

That's the fellow. He made a right Horlicks of one on ones late on in so many matches in an attempt to be super sub. David Fairvlough he was not.
