Didn't think it was a red, but plenty of others thought it was, doesn't really matter now though - he can play on Saturday which is good news.

I think it's about one in forty appeals that are considered frivolous

Yeah to be fair I actually did know that it doesnt happen all that often, the main point I was getting at though was the amount of times they'll turn down much more worthy appeals, it often doesnt end in a good outcome with these kind of challenges - but hey maybe our luck is changing, about time!

Observations from all different vantage points, angles, with TV, with TV slowmo, with still photo's of the event, so many different versions of the one incident that all believe were "definitely what happened m'lud" be it for or against the red card. 
The Referee only had one chance at full speed, he gave what he saw which was similar to the majority on here.
