And that was intentional was it?
I fully understand the hostile attitude towards him when he was here, but now he's gone just let it go.
I cringe how everyones adopted the 'Tragic' tagline, imitating our inbred neighbours.

+1 With all our combined knowledge we should be able to think of a better nickname than 'Tragic' which is tragic in itself!

Well for me I was over it the moment he got sacked (or "mutual consent" as they call it these days) - either way, you comment on anything that you see relevent - my post actually had a point to it, in that old habits seem to die hard with him. Regardless of his intentions, the fact remains for such a regarded manager to get most things wrong on just about every level and to leave it in a state that for me even surpasses the very limited county ground days, that really is going some given the far superior budget and resources he had to work with here. Is all that in the past now though? No not really, the supporters still have to suffer the consequences of it, don't they? Whether you're over it or not that will still take a while to stomach and until we're out of this mess and mathmatically safe, GJ's name will still be talked about being the catalyst of it all. "Magic" Johnson... "Tragic" Johnson... ...actually not bad for posh fans.

Get on with it then! I'll be up for a prize if you can.

I have just realised that my subscription to Player not only enables me to watch the Cobblers, but that I can also sign in to any other club's Player. Am I just a slow learner So far have only watched SU vs Yeovil followed by a typical interview with Yeovil's manager

I think they'll be okay. I mean, I know they've now conceded eleven goals in their last four games, but now that GJ has had a chance to watch them and to analyse exactly where the problems are, he'll soon shore up that defense.

Providing it's not libelous I really don't think he will mind to much how we describe him.
After all he can't to to badly really can he if he gets a pay off each time he fails to deliver at a club and then moves on to the next one.
ps I do think this thread should be in 'other football and sporty by now though

You are spot on with your post. He seems not to have a clue, now where have we heard that before? I am so glad he's gone, I will keep an eye on their results, £20 on them going down? sounds like a dead cert to me! If they get close to that he will say, we have to make the next match like a cup final!!! Four or five of there players, won't bother to try now. If he keep doing the same things and getting poor results. You are doing things wrong!!! It's time he woke up.

Exactly - he didn't appear to care while he was here, why would he care more now that he's gone?!

He cared when we were all saying what a good appointment he was before he started to ruin our club.

Looks like he's trying the same bull in the china shop approach - some people never learn... From our point of view, hopefully this means that he will try and sign the same players that failed under him, and with the Yeovil connection Davies would be the most likely one to follow him should he be dumb enough to try to poach any of our players!
