My boss is a Coventry fan and he said it'll be bang it in the air and hope platty gets on the end of it. He also said he should score plenty in this league.

He was also a little bit miffed that we offer a contract, they offer a contract and he signs for us. Even if the 2 year deal swung it you'd have thought they could easily double our offer to make it financially comparable, money troubles up there or not.

I have the displeasure of knowing a few 'Bletchley Dons' fans and none of them have a bad word about Platt. He will score goals in league 2 and also make chances for others. His size suits AB's direct style and with Nicolls' alledged pace alongside him then it should be promising. If Bayo stays then at least there is competition for places up front, unlike last season. I cant see it though and expect us to get a fee for him before season starts.
