All this exciting PR is something to do with season ticket discount deadline tomorrow I think. To be fair the season ticket prices are very reasonable. No complaints on that subject from me.
But don't worry Beds, according to our leader the club is "doing well", "making progress" on the East Stand and continues to be in "good discussions" with the Council. Why anyone driving past Sixfields on this fine day late in May and seeing with their own eyes the significant investment our owners have made in the stadium should have the cheek to question the accuracy of such statements defeats me.
I'm sure there is an element of that as it can hardly hurt, but while I know certain people see KT as a kind of Machiavellian figure, I'm not sure his manipulative skills stretch as far as getting the EFL to manufacture an award and, you know, just conveniently give it to us the day before the season ticket deadline, just to give us that last little sales boost...
