It looks like about 5000 + disagree with you... So I’d drop the “we” bit for the moment.
The level of support from our total catchment being less than 2% would suggest differently.
Most clubs get above 4%.
Which works well for Thomas and co, as should we go out of our way to attract another 1.5% to regularly attend, our run down shell of a ground would be far too small.
Thomas, once inexplicably said Sixfields is OK for league 1 football, 'ok for now' was his words which soon came back to bite him on the arse with instant relegation back to L2 with his accumulated losses then dumped on our club
I don't think he ignored history, which clearly shows Sixfields as is, is unable to sustain L1 football, but more try to buck the trend while waiting for his good fortune from the land to become available.
Our loyal Supporters, the supporters we should've attracted that we failed to engage with, those lapsed supporters and the ones of the future all need a reason to return after these past 20 years of stagnation.
And it's never going to happen until our club stops being used by outsiders to gain vast personal wealth at the expense of the club that represents their town.
Thank you to the Trust and the NBC for putting our club before that of the speculators.
