Although mentioned in a lighthearted way you raise an important point - resolution of the current situation requires a level of diplomacy and ability to concede some ground - the everything is “black or white” brigade are unlikely to achieve anything positive and unfortunately the more outspoken (or ultra repetitive) individuals only succeed in polarising opinion.
It truly is black and white, all or nothing, our club either sink or swims. It competes or it continues to bounce along on the bones of its arse. It challenges in L1 or rots in L2.
It engages with its catchment and local businesses to grow the supporters base and infrastructure or it allows outsider speculators to continually mothball our club..
For me it's far more than just having a supporters voice on the board, it's not having Thomas voice on it!
Yes that's how bad I see things, Thomas is persona non grata at our club, he hasn't done a single thing in 6 years to benefit the long term health of our club.
There's nothing he can do for ntfc, so for that reason I believe he needs to be encouraged to do what they did at Oxford and Torquay...Ask him to leave.
