So, will we hear anything from the club or trust today, regarding last night's meeting with KT?

Might need a meeting to decide what was said at the meeting?

Might need a meeting to decide what was said at the meeting? I presume you are talking about NTFC not the Trust, I heard a rumour that the club have delayed the meeting until next week. Also, as far as I can see, no mention of Sixfields on the NBC Cabinet Meeting agenda for 9th Sept, unless its being talked about in the "Exclusion of Public & Press" section.

I wouldn’t knock the trust in any way shape or form They are an open and honest bunch of volunteers who give up their own personal time so that their members can be kept directly in the loop with all the goings on within the club and any important issues that they see fit to address
They have recently proved that they have direct lines of communication with the chairman who is performing wonders to fit them in with his busy schedule and relay to Gareth willshere the information that has been passed on to him by the owner and paymaster David bower.
It cannot be easy for KT as he has many more important issues to deal with than just the football club and to be honest I wouldn’t be surprised if KT wishes that DB would come out and address the fans directly, after all KT is only the number two who passes info on to his spokesman Gareth willshere who has been a great servant to the club under the last two chairman and shows undying loyalty to both owners and club.
Too many number twos for my liking though....... We should to quote an analogy which is no way meant to be insulting or unkind be hearing from the organ grinder.
That’s just an opinion based on other posters saying that the money man is mr bower and really he is the most important figure along with the trust as he holds the purse strings and the future of the club in his hands.
It’s also worth remembering that Rome wasn’t built in a day and it’s good to see the owners taking a patient approach to the redevelopment rather than rushing in and spending their money, unlike clubs such as Brentford and Peterborough who have both made amazing progress in the same timescale.
Sometimes it is better to show a few years of patience in order to achieve results and there can be no doubt that this is the route our owners are taking so we should all get behind them as I’m sure the end product will make Peterborough’s efforts look embarrassing.
When the owners are finally ready to start things I’m sure we will have a redevelopment the town can be proud of and I’m glad they are not rushing into things in case we are left with a paltry redevelopment that barely increases capacity.
Let’s get behind both the owners and the board With them all going on about how they all want what is best for the club we couldn’t be in safer hands.
A board who can start work on the stand tomorrow according to the local council with the four million the owners ringfenced when they came in with the added safety net of a fully functional trust ready to relay the latest news to the fans at their earliest convenience.
We are lucky as fans to have such things in place and my optimism regards a quick commencement on the redevelopment has never been higher.
I’m really looking forwards to a bright future for the club with owners, the trust and the fans all in harmony with the single goal of on and off field progression for the football club.
Well done to the owners and the trust for coming together.
It gives the fans the reassurance they need that good times are ahead
Come on cobblers you are the best.

I purposely didn't 'accuse' either side and hung it there, waiting for whichever 'representative' to respond because they felt that a defence was needed.
