Well clearly you don’t. Because he openly admits he supports the owners and is not particularly enamoured with the Trust. I’d say there’s a complete case there for conscious bias. I think he’s well aware where his loyalties lie…

Melly, sorry to rack your brains again, the Trust Statement says the the Trust could get up to £250,000 a year from the land. Indicating that there is not a "profit share" or if there is the land would have to return an even bigger amount. Question is, would a company invest in such a development if they had no return, if so why?
No, but who knows? I thought the profits were being shared and it suggested to me that the profits would be higher. I just ran a projection against the 250k as an average example because that was a quoted figure.

Not a real supporter but unelected chair of the Northampton Town Honorary Supporters Club. (Please note: any opinions given may not necessarily be shared by proper supporters. In incidents of conflict the views of real supporters shall take precedence).

Possibly supporters of said club? Not every single investor wants to rinse the arse out of the club

Not much point in speculation- the Trust have confirmed they will be providing more comprehensive details later this month.

A still tongue, is a wise head at this point. I’m as happy as I have ever been, to give them the time necessary to present their ideas.

Really looking forward to their plans, whatever they are it will be 100% more transparent than our current owners.

Really looking forward to their plans Me too. Should be good for a laugh. Based on what I have seen over the last few years, its clear that they have about as much business acumen as Beds Cobbler and that chap who was responsible for the New Hotel End debacle.

I’m sure it will. But they have the luxury of planning, with none of the actual stress of managing it.
