How about warehouses with a claret colour scheme? Or built in such a way that they spell out NTFC when flown over?

Absolutely wonderful isn’t it, our Trust, the one true voice of the fans protecting the interests of the club, I fully support them.

As I said, it had better be worth the wait. Anyway, why are you so angry? You are just an uninformed member, the same as me.
Like I say it would be difficult to be worse than having 30mtr high warehouses hemming in the finished/unfinished East Stand. I'm angry because it would be so easy for the running track area to be left without warehouse but some people are determined to squeeze ever last penny out of the land that they only acquired by being owners of NTFC.

Seriously mate, what other possible reason do you think there was, for them coming here in the first place?

Could build one large warehouse over the athletics track - it would then be a covered athletics track, fit for Olympic standard, erm, whatever they do on athletics tracks! Who's idea was it anyway, to build an athletics track in the first place?

You’re not choosing your favourite horse for this farce of a race. You’re choosing your favourite property developer.

Does anybody know that if the need ever arose because we needed the room if it would be possible to knock down the warehouse to make some space.
Or is that not an option ?

I made that point earlier. The land would be remediated and these flat pack warehouses go up and down in 5 minutes. We are potentially decades away from needing it, if ever.

If you've sold the land the answer is no, it's not an option.

Why is there only 3 picnic tables outside of Carrs? That's well below capacity.

For those of an anti warehouse position, isn’t that a council planning issue? In any event I think it’s a little bit harsh on the owners to talk about being greedy. Been here 9 years, keep us competitive in this division, put in millions without exposing us to external debt. Additionally, they are still rubber stamping signing players on long term contracts. I know people are frustrated at the stand situation, but to give them no credit whatsoever is a little unreasonable. I think this is where the PR exercise against the owners struggles with the average supporter. I also think it’s a very brave position to adopt if the alternative and consequences don’t turn out to be an improvement. Whatever your view you’d have to be nuts to believe the current strategy by the anti owner lobby is not without risk.

I'd like to know how the Trust think they would win a bid if the land went for an open bid, £3million will not be enough.

You do know that every penny of this money is a loan, which will be paid back to the owners out of the land profits don't you ?

Everyone will have different thoughts...... if "being competitive in this division" is enough for you (the royal you not you as an individual!) then fair enough. Its just over seven years not nine BTW! Just done a quick search back to look at the League table on 26th November 2015, the day KT completed the takeover...... we were third in League 2. Fast forward 7 years and two months....we're third in League 2! For some that stat will be enough, for others they will be glad we are still in existence....for more others they will see that as a sign of lack of progress under the current ownership.
