These would be linked to the bigger case. I think I’ve mentioned before that apparently fraud is exceptionally difficult to prove with 5-6 years to trial being the average, that’s right, average. Something about proving intent at the time or prior to when the act was committed or something? I saw it once on Judge John Deed.
